Reentry Mapping Network
CFPC is a member of the Reentry Mapping Network, a multi-site initiative headed by the Urban Institute and designed to better track the re-entry of ex-offenders into communities and develop strategies for successful reintegration. CFPC's focus is on developing successful reentry strategies in Polk County, Des Moines and surrounding area, with a specific emphasis upon re-establishing family connections and supporting children.
