SECPTAN: State Early Childhood Policy TA Network
CFPC manages the State Early Childhood Policy Technical Assistance Network (SECPTAN), funded by the Ford, Kauffman, and Packard Foundations. SECPTAN provides direct technical assistance to state decision-makers in the seventeen-state School Readiness Initiative, as well as producing more general publications for the field.
