Iowa Fiscal Partnership
CFPC has partnered with the Iowa Policy Project to create the Iowa Fiscal Partnership, which conducts detailed analyses of Iowa's state and local budget systems. The Iowa Fiscal Partnership (IFP) has produced a variety of reports on Iowa's tax system, including an examination of tax expenditures and loopholes and the impacts of taxes on Iowa families. The Iowa Fiscal Partnership also has examined state spending, with a series of reports on how Iowa responded to the 2001 to 2004 state fiscal crisis and the impact of that response on public programs and services.
